Loving Oneself

My cancer is teaching me to do so.

There's a laid back side, when I don't like to plan things in advance, and there's the ambitious side, when I want to fill up my itinerary and follow it.

I think loving myself means honoring my feelings. And if someone hurts my feelings, I won't allow myself to be brainwashed into forgiving the other person.

  • I hope you could find relief from natural medications that do not have side effects, plus enjoy healthy meals without compromising a palatable experience. I know of one ingredient called flax seed that is boosted with omega-3, antioxidants and dietary fiber which therapeutically heal the body out of cancer symptoms.
